Yes, porbably, in that it's simply a question of creating a CR2 file to run a copy of the .py file to load the .duf file. The problem may well be that a lot of the surface options are procedural, and so won't automatically translate to the Poser Material room.

I am going to guess as I am not a heavy Poser user but I would say not.
But I would wait for some of the expereinced Poser users to either confirm or shoot me down in flames. :)
