Need Help With Toon Generations 2 Please

I am having trouble with the decals that go onto the shirts.

I have bought this product: http://www.daz3d.com/toon-generations-2-mega-bundle-for-genesis-3-female-s-and-male-s

When I load the decal, then the image I want on the decal, and render ..it does not show up. An outline showing something is there shows up in my scene, plus the decal shows up in my Scene tab, but there is no decal there. Sometimes I get an error that I need to load a decal first..but I did! Or so I thought..it shows it is there in my scene drop down tree. 

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I have uploaded a screen shot to show my dilemma. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I am sorry I don't have the answer, but responded because I have the same thing happen. An invisible object shows on screen, it is also shown as 'decal' in the screen tab with the shirt, but with a warning that the shirt hasn't been selected, when clearly it has. Would love to know the answer to this dilemma too.

    Hi Musicplayer. Thank you for your repsonse! It is great to know that I am not alone with this problem. Hopefully someone will know what the solution is!

    There's a separate (and rather lengthy) Toon Gen2 thread where that may have already been discussed. Have you tried searching the forum (sometimes easier to do using Google's site search rather than the limited capabilities of the direct forum search).

    I did several tests and it is working for me. You don't see the decal applied in the viewport but when you render.

    Whenever you are going to apply materials to an oibject make sure you have it selected in the Siurfaces (Color) tab.

    Are you using Iray? Cause the decals are for use in Iray ONLY

    Hi nDelphi, yea  I have it selected and rendered it but it does not show up in the render..I am doing something wrong obviously. Thank you for posting and trying to help!

    Carrie58: BINGO! That is where the problem lies! Thank you a ton! I am rendering in Iray now and it is showing up! THANK YOU!! Mystery solved! :)

    I'm glad I could help ,I don't use Iray so I knew I wouldn't be able to use the transfers ,and thought that might be the issue .

    Hi Carrie, Yep I dont use Iray either so that is why I wasnt seeing the decals. I didnt know they were not compatible with 3Delight..I do mostly toon images, and use toonycam so that is why. I would have never figured it out on my own. Thank you for your help! :) Cheers!

    Thank you, this was obviously what I was not doing, and the decal feature now works for me too in Iray. So digitell, and I, now have the answers as to why this wasn't working for either of us.

    I too am having problems with the decals in female clothing.  Baqsically it loads with only the sun decal, which then can't be changed or moved.
