Workflow quesion: How to sync animation and music?

Hello!

I want to create videoclips for my self produced music with DAZ animations. Cool idea, isn´t it?

 

But now, what is the best way to sync the animation and the music when needed? E.g. when the person in the video claps or taps his foot to the beat of the music. Can I play the music in DAZ Studio and build the animation on it?

Has anyone else tried that before? What is the best workflow for this?
