Updated Daz - Missing Categories

I updated Daz at home yesterday (downloaded and installed/updated through DIM).  When it started up, it seemed to hang at the start splash screen with 'Updating CMS...' showing.  I force-closed the program and started it again.  Eventually Daz loaded, but it loaded three instances of the program, two missing the toolbars at the top.  I closed those and used the one that looked right.  I then noticed, after loading a scene, that I'm now missing every category in my Smart Content lists, both Files and Products.  All that shows is All Products at the top.  All my items are showing in the right-hand pane so it sees my content (and scenes load properly).  I started a Database Maintenance, but it's still running, even though it's been running for over 8 hours (it hasn't crashed) so I'm not sure what's going on.

Could CMS have gotten screwed up and be causing this?  If so, any suggestions on how to fix it?
