How do get Background for renders

What I mean in Backgrounds is Sky, Clouds, Black backgroudn.. or something like this

If you are using an HDRI to light the scene in Iray, enable Draw Dome.

You can load a rectangular background image through the Environment pane (Window>Panes(Tabs)>Environment) by setting the Type to Backdrop, then using the standard image load menu next to the colour bar.
