Light Dome Pro-R, why do i get ghost background even reducing Fog?

Hello i use Light DOme Pro-R and   i use it with GIMP to mix layers. WHen i press combine in GIMP it makes the image but as you can see it makes the far buildings look ghostly almost like transparent .And that's even if i reduce the FogHaze layer to zero. Anyone know how to  make those background things more near the normal color?
