Yet another "Where is my Product?!" post

Another installment of my ongoing confusion with Daz...

I bought this product yesterday as I realized I was missing out on the concept of shading. http://www.daz3d.com/homestyle-iray-shaders

I already have this product http://www.daz3d.com/homestyle-2-iray-shaders

DIM swears it downloaded it (after half a dozen tries) as you can see in pic 1

Pic2 is a neat little alphabetical list I found in Daz and according to it, DIM did NOT download the prodcut. According to me as well because i can't find a single shader from it anywhere in my library. Is there an andvice anyone has? I have environments in DESPERATE need of a make over and I'd love to get to work. Thank su much for any suggestions.

    Have a look under Shader Presets>Iray>JG, you should find them in there.

    If you right click one of those shaders in the Product list you have shown in your screen shot, there will be an option that says "Show Asset in", mouse over that and an options list will open. Select "Mapped Folder" and it should open the product in the content library for you.

    My best friend is the DIM right-click on the installed product, selecting 'show installed files'.  I must use this a half dozen times every time I put a scene together.
