^These two look to be the same product, and they're by the same artist (though the latter has RDNA as a vendor too) - but the former is $0.45 more expensive.

Is there a difference I'm not seeing?  Or is this just a facet of the RDNA store migration.  The promos look better on the former but I can't see any other difference in the props.

The description of 'contemporary' mentions a separate DS version - but is it otherwise the same (such that poser users could save the $0.45 since they don't need the DS version and owners of the 'contemporary' would also effectively own everything in the regular?)

Looks like the one labeled just "Cookware" was an older product brought over from the migration, and "Contemporary Cookware" is an overhaul of the same product, as it now includes Iray mats and higher res images.

  • Yep, I'm pretty sure one was already in the store here before the migration because I got it awhile ago before the merger (May of this year) and the other one came over with the recent migration of RDNA stuff, but it basically looks like the same cookware by the same vendor.  The one listed as RNDA doesn't really list materials, but a lot of their descriptions seemed to have gotten messed up in the transfer process.  If you want to make sure to have the Iray mats get the one that says Iray mats, if you are a 3Delight user, it might not matter.  I don't know since I don't use 3Delight much and I don't have the RDNA set.

  • ah, I hadn't noticed the Iray mats part (just saw 'DS mats') - cool, thanks :)
