change bones order

Hi 

Is there a simple way to change the order of the bones?  For example, bend the foot without bending the tooes?

It might be simpler to use the Node Weight Paint brush tool to remove the influence of the toes from the shoe, assuming that is what you are wanting to do. Changing bone order in a fitted item will, I'm fairly sure, break the fitting.
