The yellow ones are just the warnings - only the red ones, prevent from running the scene.

You can get rid of the most of them, by importing standard assets to the project.

The workflow of exporting the scene is:

open Unity, load the assets, open the demo scene, fix errors as necessary and then export from editor as a Collada file (which is in the 'File' menu).

Below is another Daz Studio iray render of the Unity scene from Cartoon Town and Farm by Manufactura K4.

I have added male from Toon Generations 2 to the scene.

The materials with transparency differ from the Daz Studio ones - the alpha channel is stored in A part of RGBA texture file.

Have to fix that, if trees or the other objects with transparency exists in Unity scene.

Well, and I consider this sort of a Unity bug in itself - in this case the 4 red error messages you are getting actually won't prevent playing of the scene. The errors were generated in code meant for specific build targets and if they don't involve the build target you have selected currently then it won't stop the play of your scene.

Maybe Unity needs to expand how they color code error messages - red for universal errors and say other colors or maybe just blue, for all error messages specific to a subset of the available build targets in Unity.

The yellow are warning about API changes/removal of functions or platform target removals and Unity themselves will likely upgrade the freebie projects eventually and release to get rid of those warnings. In the case of 3rd party projects they creator of the 3rd party asset will need to update and release the update.
