What product is the promo for? That would at least give you an end date, since it's unlikely to be anything released after that. And since it's an Iray render it was either given a materials conversion, or it was released after Iray became widespread.

The body shape suggests Olympia to me. But I could be wrong.

The character shape though I can't seem to place. The face even looks a little bit like the Stalker Girl character to me, but the body and skin texture definitely doesn't.

I was thinking this one but the eyebrows do not match. Could be a different texture though with this one's morph, or something:
