How do I create a movementslider for multiple nodes?

You all know that we can select more than one node (collar->shoulder->forearm for example) by ctrl-clicking them and then select "all" in the parameters tab and use the bendslider on all selected nodes wich sometimes creates smooth movement. Is it possible to create one new slider out of the selected nodes wich controls them (something like a master-slider)? It´s really annoying to ctrl-click all the nodes again and again when tweaking your pose/animation.

Thanks in advance!

  • Yes, this what the Pose Controls on the figure node are. You can make you own by setting multiple bends as you want when the new control is at 1, then

    1. right-click on the Parameters pane and set it to Edit mode (if it isn't)
    2. select the bone or node you want to have the controller and on that go to the group you want to place the controller in, right-click and select Create New Proeprty... Adjust the limits iof desired (you might, for example, to 0 as the minimum) and set the value to 1.
    3. right-click on the new property and select ERC Freeze - you new property should be listed as the controller, the bends should be listed as the controlled properties (if there are other things listed uncheck them).

that should give a control that will adjust multiple bends - if it works use File>Save as>Support Assets>Morph Asset to save it for use on all figures of that type.
