how can you contact a vendor directly with questions?

hi, i have looked all over the site and am having no luck find said magic page.... how can you contact a vendor directly with questions? i have a few questions to ask them in regards to gaming licenses but i cant find a link to contact them that doesn't loop back to products page. i have a student here i am teaching english to in japan and he is interested in computers so i have started working it into his lessons and he is interested in games, creating them. i thought that it would be a good option for him to work with but i have questions not answered on any of the far too brief descriptions on the different vendors listings. suggestions?

A lot of the interaction with vendors is done through Customer Service, since many of them rarely come to the forums. Others, like Zev0 and Stonemason can be private messaged here on the forums.
