Genesis 3 Female missing

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

After I started the installation of several freebies a few days ago, the installation manager deinstalled ALL of my more than 300 products without an explanation.I couild restore the rest but my Genesis 3 female is missing. She is no longer displayed in the content library with the products I have for her. I also find no way to download them again.

Second my viewport window is much smaller than before. I have already deinstalled and reinstalled DAZ 4.9 but this does not help either.

Please help!

    Are you using Windows or OSX?

    Ok...post a screen shot of your content directories, in Windows Explorer...expand the main folder so all the subfolders show (you don't need to show all the subfolders expanded)  and a shot of your mapped directories (Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager).
