What Hair Is This (Might Be Very Old)?

I was navigating through the free Christmas items then this one caught my interest:

It is a very old item but still the hair in the promo image intrigued me because of its anime feel.

So does anyone know what hair is used? It dates back to old M3 days and might be a bit harder to find.
