Turning off Animation Easing?

I believe that Daz Studio automatically adds some easing to their keyframe animation. So instead of going from point A to point B by dividing the distance by the number of frames, there is some ramping up at the start and slowing down at the end, much like easy-ease in After Effects. But sometimes this makes precise animation difficult. Is there a way to turn this off?
