Are there video tutorials for creating Global Illum renders in DAZ Studio?

I'm looking for any in-depth videos that go into detail about how to setup and render Global Illumination in DAZ Studios.

Thanks in advance.

In IRAY you can't avoid global illumiation, that's the way it works.   Well you might be able to in non-photorealistic mode or something but that's not the default mode.  So if you are using Iray you can put your lights in and render away. If you want caustics you have to turn those on in the render settings tab,

In 3Delight I think you can do it but you need to use the UberEnvironment with some pretty intense settings (i.e. sloooow).  But it looks great if you have the patience.

Just because UberEnvironment is slow doesn't mean that GI in 3DL is...

See this post and following for a simple Shader Mixer setup that is way faster than UberEnvironment.

Crap...now I have to hunt it down again...angry (I closed out that tab...and ended up with a squirrel link I just posted in the paste buffer)

I know I hit ctl-v on it, but I guess it didn't actually paste.

It's okay, someone wise once gave us the great advice "Don't Panic!"  Wish I could remember who...
