i wanrt to punch DIM in the face. Why is my scene loading without it's maps?!

I just bought the Holiday Nook for a fun little project and this picture is how it it loads. I downloaded it through DIM (took 4 tries) and this is obviously not the effect I want. Does anyone know what is causing this?

    That image looks like you own just the Iray Shaders Package - Do you have the Nook?

    I find it in my Library under : Environments/Architecture/Hol_Nook

    Are you sure you have the Holiday Nook itself, not just the Iray add on? What you are showing looks like the result of missing assets for the objects, not simply missing textures.

    Oh....MY GOD! Guilty. Sorry, I am an idiot. I no longer want to punch DIM in the face. Now, I just want to punch myself in the face.

    Unfortunately DIM just recevied a restraining order against you. In my experience though DIM is very understanding and will forgive you.  Good luck!
