How I can mirror a pose ?

Hello.
Is there anyone who can explain to me in simple, how to mirror Genesis figure poses in DS4?

    You need the Symmetry command, which is in the Parameters pane option menu - either click the menu button in the pane's top corner or right-click on the tab, or just press shift+Y. To mirror a whole pose select Root for the nodes, Recursive for propagation, Swap left and right for direction and Mirror Y/Z rotations for Trunk nodes. The other settings should be correct anyway.
