I See Mimic LIve but that one doesn't take sound files, you basically have to do it live recording. I'm not sure why they went that way .

licensing of the plugin I suspect as apparently they only can use lipsync in the 32bit under the terms and this is a way to use 64 bit.
I have no idea why they not only ceased development on but also pulled Mimic pro standalone as I use that a lot, genesis 3 can even be used if you convert to triax and export a cr2 for Poser.
