Installers aren't working and Download Unavailable

I bought the installers for Beautiful Black Hair and Studio Light Pro for D/S, both on sale. However, after I downloaded them, they didn't work. Assuming the problem was on my end, I tried to download them again, only to be told "Dowload Unavailable, check order status". There doesn't seem to be anything wrong w/ my order, so what's going on and how can I fix it, or get a refund?

    That sounds like a site glitch - please open a support ticket so that Sales can help you, or give you a refund if you prefer that option.

    My order says, "Expired", which I would accept if I'd been actually able to download the full file. Still awaiting a response from the Help Desk.

    Go to "Itemized Order History" and hit 'Reset' for those items...
