Problems with headshop one click plugin

So no matter what I do I can't get the dang thing to load all the way it has only 1 tab compared to the tutorial video which has 6 or 7 tabs so I can load my picture I can adjust points on it but I can't go any further. I tried reinstalling the plug-in but still no good. Did I install it wrong why is it not working help please

    I had the same problem, was hopeing you got an answer, I got a refund wouldnt mind rebuying if there is a solution for the problem!

    Did you have any clues for making working ?

    so i figured it out so the plugin only needs one tab because once you are done ajusting the dots you click file then export. then you will see the face on your figure all you have to do is select a skin texture and BOOM a very rugh shape of the face your trying to copy.
