Initial Rigging Tutorial (WIP) ~ Will it ever be finished?

I've been looking at this tutorial for a while:

It would come in really handy for quite a few people (including myself). 

Does anyone think (or know), if it will ever be finished?

Believe it or not, for very basic rigging, that tutorial is all you need.

If you need a more detailed explanation of the rigging tools - its a 120 Page PDF file explaining them.
Otherwise you are stuck with what you can find online.

Quoting from the Introduction section of that guide

Be aware though – this is a guide to rigging tools and not rigging itself. The guide offers basic information and a step-by-step process overview, but creating a professional rig is a skill that cannot be obtained from just reading a book.

Just thought of mentioning it so that people can know what they can expect from it.
