Can't find file

I am trying to put some make-up on, but I get an error claiming it can't find the file.
Strange thing is, that when I load a new scene it promptly works, just not with this guy!
I must admit that I've had problems on and off with this set, but now it's very stubborn.
First I thought the content manager wasn't running but it does.
It's this one from Rendo:

Also odd that it can find the lip colors, I only get the error for the eyes.
The program (DAZ) does slow down a lot after I load them though.
Any thoughts?

Try finding the original of that file, in the textures folder (you should be able to see where it is by examining the zip), then open it and resave it in your own image editor - the error refers to the files generated by DS, rather than the originals, and it may be that there's something in the file that DS doesn't like and so it fails to produce the temp-folder copy.
