Rendering Fundamental in Studio4.5

Previously in DS3 you could apply render settings before you rendered the scene. This allowed you to see a preview frame of the chosen aspect ratio in the workspace. The camera taking the shot could then be adjusted until you had the image framed or cropped to your preference before taking the time to generate a render. Is this functionality no longer available in DS4.5?

In the upper corner of the viewport, there is what looks like a lined piece of paper with an arrow pointing to it. Click it and the 'Show Aspect Frame' option will be on the drop down list.

Just checked and that doesn't appear to be the case. The pull down gives me three choices:
    Make Pane Undockable
    Make Pane Dockable
    Close Pane

    ???????????????????????????
