Reflections

I did a quick test render last night with Reality...i set up the scene in Studio 4.5 first...
i added a preset paint shader to one of the spheres...and another chrome shader to the other sphere. (these are not Reality materials by the way)
then i added one reality sun light to the scene...and rendered the scene with Lux.

After 20 min. of rendering i decided to stop the render process, because it is just for testing purposes. My question is...why are there no reflections on both spheres?...normally when i render in Studio...i get nice reflections from the spheres if i add shaders.Did i have to use a specular light?...
do the materials have to be converted for Lux to interpret them?...i thaught that this happened by default.

thanks for viewing.

    You answered your own question...

There could be several reasons why, but the first and most important is the fact that Luxrender and 3Delight are NOT directly compatible on all materials. This means a Reality render and DS native render will be different, unless you tweak the materials.
