Anyone else having trouble with the Artist / Freebie in the cart?

The last few days there has been a free lamp with the purchase of any Jepe item. I put both in my cart and the lamp was discounted but not free. I had to pass on it...still bought the Jepez Jewels anyway.
Then today, I had the same thing with the AprilYSH Sign Language freebie. I put it and an AprilYSH hair model into my cart, but although, I see a discount on the sign language poses, it is not free.
Anyone else having this issue?
I don't normally have a problem getting the various special discount and freebie items.

Artists get cranky when you shove them in the cart!

I was able to get Jepe's lamp a day or two ago as well as the Sign Language without a problem. I wonder if something changed this morning again?
The 95% off items (Ron's Waterworks, i13 winter fun) are not dscounting in the cart now with a new item either. Maybe they are working on something?
Hmmm...I've got the Heavy Motorcycle in my cart and it's discounting properly. But, the AprilYSH Hair is in there and the Sign Language poses still aren't showing as a freebie. I don't know if I'll ever use the sign language poses. But, it seems like a cool freebie. And, I'd like to get the deal as long as I'm ordering the qualifying item.
I sent Daz a note about it. But, I haven't heard anything back.
Also, is anyone else not seeing the actual prices you pay on their invoices? I can see them in the cart. But after checking out, I only see the undiscounted prices with just a subtotal discount applied. It means I don't know what I actually pay for individual item when I go back to look them up in my account.
The e-mail order confirmation should show the price you pay for each item.
I only get receipts from Paypal. They all just show the full price and bulk discount....no breakdown of individual sale prices. Is it different if I don't pay with Paypal?
I don't use paypal and get an order confirmation e-mail with a breakdown showing the paid price for each item.
Haven't used Paypal here for 18 m0nths or more so can't remember if that was different.
That seems odd that you don't get an email confirmation from DAZ. Whenever I use paypal on here, since my paypal email is differnt from the one I use on here, I get two email confirmations, one from paypal to the email associated with that account and one from DAZ to the email I have associated with this account. Maybe your email provider is sending the confirmations from DAZ to your spam folder or something.
I made an order today. I got the receipt notice from Paypal, but nothing from Daz other than the usual "Your Order Was Successful" screen...no additional receipt or invoice. And, I checked the spam...nothing from Daz in there.
Wow...no, I don't get this kind of breakdown after the order at all. This is what I see. When I have the cart loaded, I can see all the individual discounts. But, after I pay, I only see the lump discount for everything.
Also, about the discounts....
I got back on here after being off the computer for 3 hours. The 95% off deal that was working perfectly, jumped up to full price. The Bundle discount price, that is supposedly still in effect for the weekend, jumpted from $13 to $33. I didn't change my cart...just refreshed the screen.
The Feature Artist deal freebies, still aren't working. And, some of the new feature deal for this morning, isn't working, either. I tried adding another new release to check...still no good.
I'm really wondering what's going on.
As an experiment, I cleared my cart and went back to the "Winter Fun" poses that are supposed to be 95% off with ANY new release. I tried an older new release and got the feature for $8.33 - nowhere near 95% off of $19.95. (In fact, that is only $0.05 off the current on screen discount for that item...currently at $8.38). The price for Winter Fun should have shown as $0.99. And, with my additional Holiday Loyalty Discount, it should have been $0.85 (if we're going off the original price). The item is actually showing as a 58% price discount of $8.38...According to Daz rules of shopping cart discounts, that would mean that the 95% would be worked off of that price. So, the cost should have been, $0.41, and with the Holiday Loyalty Discount; $0.35.
Earlier today when I had this item and the same New Release - "Quiet Reflections," in my cart together, "Winter Fun" showed as $0.30. So, that was at least pretty close to what it should have been. I'm not sure why I was getting another $.05 off. (maybe Platinum Club). But, that was about what I was expecting.
Alright - Soooo, I thought that maybe it was because "Quiet Reflections" is no longer considered a New Release (even though it still shows as New). So, I cleared the cart, put "Winter Fun" back in there by itself, and came up with $7.12, which is exactly right for the item at its current discounted price of $8.38 and the added 15% Holiday Loyalty Discount.
Then, I added a New Release that came out on the same day as the 95% offer for Winter Fun - just to make sure I'm setting things up as close to what was expected as possible. My cart now shows the "Winter Fun" at $5.93 (or almost 30% off the current price). And, the Top Model Bundle item I picked as the New Release is showing as $35.67 (What it should be with the Holiday Loyalty discount).
So, even with a current New Release, my discount on the featured item is 70% off the original price of $19.95, or 30% off the current price of $8.38.
So far, I'm not getting a lot of good out of the Holiday Featured items. I don't know if I'll buy anything else during this sale if I can't actually get all the cool offers to calculate correctly. And, like I said, I'm not getting an accurate breakdown on what prices I pay for individual items after the sale. So, I can't very well go back to Daz and complain about missing discounts. This is a shame because there are several items that I really want to buy - the IDG shaders, the Wet Body Bundle...etc. But, the discounts are all screwed up in my cart.
Still no word from Daz. Maybe they are gone for the weekend?
Daz's staff aren't there during the weekend so you won't get a response until Monday.
Rons waterworks was $0.55 yesterday today it is $12 .the prices are all over the place makes me worry i am paying to much, my math was never the best.
But they know fully well that the discounts aren't working properly for days now. Weren't fixed, and once the offers expire, they are gone for good. I won't buy on the assumption that I get the overpaid money back somehow. In this case, I prefer not to buy. So, I skipped several items I would have loved to buy otherwise.

Well, that kind of sucks if the carts aren't working properly... I mean, I just went back and tried the Wet Body Iray Bundle that was $13 yesterday and now, $33. I'm definitely not buying it at the current price. But, I'll be annoyed if I missed the $13 price after the Big Bundle Weekend is over. The price of the Lowrez Skeleton bundle was down to $4 after discount at one point. That was in my cart as well. Now, it's over $10.
Today, the Freebie Holiday Shaders seems to be working with IDG purchase. So, I might get that and the Fabrics of Asia. However, I hate to do it in case Daz gets the shopping carts working again. I know that the discount will be a lot better overall if I can combine a dozen items or so. They like to keep me guessing.
All the other Artist / Freebies are still not working. I wonder how many other regular buyers are holding off because of these problems? This could be a big loss to Daz if they don't get it fixed soon.
All in all, I feel kind of gyped that the big Holiday Weekend sale and Freebies, just aren't working for me. I bought a TON of stuff during the PC+ weekend. And, I bought a bunch just last week as well. So, it's worth Daz's while to get these things fixed. I know that there are lots of other regular buyers that must be in the same boat.
