"Patty Cake" Top Sellers discount not working

The featured Top Sellers on the "Patty Cake" promotion do not show any discount, and none is applied in the cart. All the other promotions still appear to be okay, but that one has something I decided I want to get, of course.

The 60% off-with-new-release bestseller items for the Patty Cake sale aren't working triggering the sale. I use the DAZ Deals plugin for Firefox, which shows the % off any item in my cart. As you can see, the items -- which SHOULD be 60% off PLUS my 25% Holiday Loyalty Reward are only showing the 25% off. The other bestseller offers (such as Priya G3F, on sale with the "Runtime DNA Blow-out Sale" shown in cart) are discounting properly.

Thanks, but it's been a couple of days and no progress (I know it's the weekend, but still), and now none of the 2016 Top Sellers from any of the pages have any discounts (other than Featured Artist discounts), except for today's batch (and the button link is wrong, it goes to the December 10th list)
I think they're working on it. My official support ticket showed activity an hour ago. And DAZ customer support isn't in on the weekends -- never has been. They generally make up for it during the rest of the week, though! Chances are, all the glitches will be resolved at the same time. I have faith!
Okay, just got an email from customer service saying that if I logged out, cleared cache/cookies, tried a new browser, etc., the sale should be working. It isn't. I even tried from my phone. Anyone else having luck? I responded to my support ticket, but I think the mods sometimes flag quicker than the support ticket system does!

Customer service is still working on it, as of 40 minutes ago, according to my support ticket. Alas, since it's now closing time in Utah, I suspect nothing will be fixed until tomorrow.
Almost there. Getting the base discount of 50%, but a new item doesn't push it to 60% off.
It worked for me. File a support ticket if you haven't already. They were very helpful once the problem was given to the right people. :)

The i13 top seller items are not stacking.
Just confirmed that none of the 2015 top sellers from the Patty Cake promo are getting the extra 10% off with a new release.
Why does shopping here have to be so complicated?
Huh. Fixed one, broke the other. Now, the 50% -> 60% discounts works properly (and the one 70% -> 85%), but the 60% -> 70% ones don't, across the board.
Yup. Forth day now waiting for this to get fixed. I put in a ticket, but the promotion will likely rotate out before it gets fixed, and I refuse to buy and then have to go to the hassle of requesting a refund.

Well, it was fixed. It's broken again.
So are the 2016 Top Seller discounts on the other pages, plus the 2013-2015 Superhero discounts.
