Wrong Discount on RDNA items

This sale is beginning to really tick me off. DAZ finally retsored the original items mto the free list but now the items that are supposed to be $3.50 with new release are staying at $7 and not discounting to $3.50. See attached screen shot Aslan Theater is the new item and the other two are still $5.25 (ie $7 less my 25% Holiday discount. I hope DAZ fixes this ASAP.

    Have you filed a ticket about this?

    I am actually not seeing the Aslan Theater featuring in the New items list on the sale page,  but I could well be wrong.

    RDNA at 3.50 USD doesn't work at all. It worked fine yesterday, but today, zero, nada

    No. Could you be so kind as to flag this up? 

    I filed a ticket when they pulled items from the coupon catagory and then closed that when the items were restored But now the $7 items have stopped discounting to $3 as in my original post. I'm so upset I forgot the screeshot in my OP but it is attached here.

    These were discounted with any new release not just the one's for the current sale page. But even so, I tried it with a new release from the sale page and it still didn't work.

    I've got new releases from the page the RDNA sale is on and am not getting the discount either. I was getting it last night until my cart stopped working. Every other page on the site worked except the cart. Today, the cart works, but the RDNA coupon does not, nor do any of the discounts in that sale. I have 100 items in my cart. Very frustrated. I've added it to my already open ticket.

    Ok, Since it still has not been corrected I have now gone ahead and filed a another ticket in addition to my one about the coupon.

    How long does it take to solve this????? it worked yesterday and it is not working since thins morning (more than 7 hours ago).

    As a result, I've emptied my cart. You're loosing tons of money DAZ, because I'm not alone in skipping the sales because they don't work as advertised!!

    DAZ People will not even be in the office yet... Keep in mind that they are in the UTAH time Zone of USA.

    I checked the RDNA coupon right after the store update at midnight DAZ time, it worked fine for me, and still does. The 50% discount doesn't, though (the discount in the cart here is the 30% Holiday Rewards).

    Today it looks as if the Daz system went mad. I got a confirmation (for 2 PC+ items and Stonemason's freebie) which is about 10 times the PC+ price! Unfortunately I paid via PayPal, but who could think of something like that? When I filled the PP form everything looked fine, the sum was the same as the sum shown in the Daz cart. So I clicked ok. Later I called PayPal and asked them to cancel this nonsense payment, but this is not possible. I didn't have problems like this before with Daz, but now I am a bit angry. I sent a help ticket.

    Yep, something's seriously wrong with DAZ's system this morning.  There's an even squirelly-er glitch that I've already sent a ticket in for that sales will definitely not be happy about.

    Most look like they're fixed now. A few still aren't giving the right discount. I noticed this on the Roccoco items and the Primadonna bundle.
