duf weightmapped Vicki4?  

i haz a poser wm V4, why not one for DS and Carrara?

and M4, K4?

    Given that all the Genesis models (which are weight mapped) can be given the V4 shape (via GenX or other means) I suspect for many there would not be a great deal of need for a weight mapped V4, although she does have the advantage of a lot more polys, if needed (ie for sculpting by people without access to HD morphs).

    Hmm, come to think of it. The what I think most known version of V4WM as at RDNA. What will happen with it......? Gone for ever later, when RDNA is closed? I think there was a project by the same people for a weightmapped M4, but I get the feeling that was never completed.

    never saw a poser M4wm.  there's a poser David3 wm out there.

    dunno where the corvas arm fixes went. my V4 never renders without them. lol

     

    + carrara can read triax dufs, it doesn't read poser wm.

    The Poser Place V4WM and the Outfitter clothing utility are free Open-Source, and can be freely redistributed.  I have them on my Google Drive if anyone needs them...

    You are correct that there was a M4WM that was not completed due to Phantom3D's health issues leading to the demise of the Poser Place group.  However, Joe Public did a weight-mapped version of  M4's 17k LOD .obj.  I transferred the rig and JCMs to M4, and it works OK except for some issues with the back of the shoulder when the arm is raised, and I haven't managed to sit down and fool with it.

     JoePublic's WM figures are here; D3, V3 and M4's 17k LOD.  They are RTencoded; I use JavaRTE to decode

    there's a wm Terai Yuki2 character out there also.  Last saw it, it was rosity.
