Daz Connect and DIM trouble logging in

I had Daz 4.9 running a render overnight, which evidently crashed. When I tried to open Daz Stuio again, it told me it couldn't connect to my account because the system had changed. Wouldn't take my password. Logged in on the site, which did. Thought Daz Studio might have been damaged, so I tried to use DIM to download. It also refused to take my password. is there some kind of problem with this? I need to do that render.

You don't need to be logged in to do the render, but you definately need to contact customer support about this.
You need to disable/uncheck logging in to connect on your studio preferences startup settings the next time your studio launches successfully. Currently DIM and Connect both seem inaccessible.
Yeah, down again. Second time (for me at least) in a week or two where I've bought something and can't download it unless I goof around and do it manually. Bummer.
Same here! Getting a bit sick and tired of being locked out of DAZ Studio

If you don't set DS to log-in on launch, or if you use the beta, you won't get locked out. Earlier people were reporting that they could log-in with Connect, just not with DIM.
Dim hasn't been connecting for me since last night.
Me too...
Ditto, DIM login hangs for a while then reports a bad UN or PW. There is a lot of new stuff I would have liked to purchase and didn't have the play funds for. I Suspect the server is overloaded, or crashed.
Since I never log in through DIM (I only use DIM to install; I download everything manually), I'm not experiencing any issues in that regard. But I have noticed some bizarre goings-on with Studio itself since this morning.
I accept the log-in dialog, and the dialog just sits there, for the longest time; I never get that 'Success' acknowledgment. I did, however, notice that, down on the status line, DS was updating metadata; it got to the last item, and then just hung. Even had the '(Not responding)' message in the title bar. I ended up having to kill the application from Task Manager. Twice.
Nothing has changed on this end; I'm still running the same version of DAZ Studio as I was yesterday. The only thing that is different is the behavior of the DAZ web presence as it interacts with the client.
Closing this thread as there are several others.
