how can i change figure's face

I recently purchased bodies and faces morphs for G3F, I already download it and it went through. The problem is everytime I click on Head A-E and Body A-E, it does not change anything at all it still remains the same.

    That looks as if the content is isntalled in the wrong place - I can see the Data folder above the People folder, if everything was in the correct place that would be hidden. Did yiou install manually, with Install Manager or with Connect?

    ...and maybe double-check to ensure that the correct item is selected, in the Scene pane, before you click? I've had a few times -- and for me this went on for a lonnnng time! -- when I would click and click and click, and nothing seemed to be happening, because the "selection" had switched over to something else, and the object that I wanted to work on was no longer highlighted.
