How get M4 clothing to fit the Freak 4?

What's the easiest way to get M4 clothing to fit the Freak 4? 

I'm thinking this should be automatic.  So far, I've tried dialing in The Freak characteristics from the morphs in M4, then adding clothing specifically for M4.  Didn't work.  I tried loading up the freak base, then adding M4 clothing.  Didn't work.  I tried loading M4 clothing on to M4, then adding the Freak by inj the character, and by dialing the morphs in M4.  Didn't work.

I'm out of ideas.

Do I have to buy clothing specifically designed for The Freak to get this to work?

    Using DS 4.9 I load up F4, Add the clothing. Make sure it's all fit to him, then go Edit>Figure>TransferActiveMorphs and after a few seconds the clothes fit. A few of the items in my library will auto-fit to him, without this process, but almost all need me to do the above, especially with the Monstorous Body Morph.

    This worked great.  Everything loaded up perfectly.  I will have to remember this fix for other clothing items that normally give me fits.
