Jepe's 123 Lamp NOT Free with purchase!

Hello!
This offer says that Jepe's lamp is free with a purchase of their catalogue, but when I add an item in the cart, the lamp doesnt' become free in spite. I've tested taking the lamp out and the item out and adding them in a different order and whatnots, but apparently there's something wrong with this offer.

Was wondering about that, myself
That was mentioned a couple hours ago in the daily sales talk thread, so hopefully they're working on it. Over in the other thread, it explains how it is triggered and shows a screen shot, and you're correct that it isn't discounting right. Hopefully it will get fixed.

The problem is we have multiple sales going on here and the store doesn't say when they will end. There is the free lamp if you buy anything by Jepe, the extra reduction on Jepe's store if you buy a new release and the discount on rare medieval weapons if you buy a new release. If you have a new release you want to buy but you also want to make use of these sales the question is will all these offers still be running when the problem is fixed?
I'm going to take the chance that they will still be since I saw them first today. If I'm wrong then it might at least save me a bit of money.
Watch where the promo banner is in relation to the Fastgrab banner. When the promo's banner is next to the Fast Grab, that's (usually) the last day for those particular sales.
That said, the Buy a Jepe product, get the lamp free offer will (probably) last until December 10th, since that's how long the lamp will be available in the store.
I expect they'll get it fixed sometime tomorrow at the latest, so the offers should still be good.
Something changed in the shopping card.
The discounts react chaotic.

Jepe's 123 Lamp .............. 6.27$ --> 3.13$

So what - please tell me - is going on?
The current (old) sale is gone and the site shows a new sale now.
I think they are trying to fix the problems. Some have gotten worse and others have gone to full price. Eventually it'll get sorted out, but this has been going on since early this morning (Chicago time.)
It's not working for me either.
I was having problems with my basket yesterday too. I had one item in my basket for $12.34, but the grand total was $12.35... I ended up clearing my cart. Which was a shame as I really wanted the item (aniMate 2).
Yah my total jumped $10 in the last two hours. Not only is it not free but none of my extra discounts or stacked discounts (buy a new release get x amount off) are working either now.
Lol Okay now Jepe's free item is fixed but the other discounts are still not working. I was getting the $4.49 items for a $1 and some change between the buy a new item, the extra % discount and another discount I was getting. I should have just checked out and then asked for a refund for the free Jepes item....
I'm never sure how much discount I should be getting but the total in my cart has jumped up, without the lamp in it. I'm now getting less discount for the other Jepe items than I was before. Whether this means I was getting too much discount before or too little now I don't know unless I can be bothered to work through all the calculations assuming I know which figures to use (for example is the 60% off WonderSheetz 60% off the original $24.95 or 60% off the $12.48 it shows on the store page and does the loyalty bonus get added after this...)
I think I'll leave to simmer a bit longer and see what happens.
Ya I was at $15 before Jepes item was free. Now I'm at $19 and change. I'm not paying $19 for stuff that would have been $9 or $10 a couple hours ago.
Mine's gone from $39.54 to $58.56 so there was either a serious bug in the store back then or there is now. This sort of thing just leaves me feeling uncertain, should I check out now? wait and see what happens? (maybe it will go up again).

If it doesn't go down to what I had before minus the cost of Jepes free product I will just walk away from the cart. There isnt anything in it I really have to have. I will happily walk away with my free bodysuit and save myself the money.
You never know what the sales tomorrow might do to the prices of the stuff already in your cart. Might be worth it to wait it out.
This morning I was looking at some Jepe products with the idea to come back this evening to get them. They are gone! Jepe's store only has 1 page of products and I'm pretty sure there were more pages this morning. I tried going through the Vendor link instead of the sales link and same thing, only 1 page. Also a couple of other items I was interested in have gone up in price by a couple of dollars since this morning. Well if it is fixed tomorrow and still on sale great. If not c'est la vie!
You may need to do a hard refresh, or even log out and log in again. It does tend to seem that some of you have caching issues and are not seeing the current iteration of the sales pages.
WRONG- my cart prices just changed / skyrocketed!!!! Just now, within the last three seconds!
Chohole- the way the sales have been working, if you get 60% off (for buying one of the new releases) they have been taking that off the already discounted price. Then your Holiday banner discount. It's not doing that. But the "already discounted price" is probably wrong to start with. I feel bad for Jepe.
I noticed there was only one page of his store earlier. Looks like it's back to normal and the prices have been corrected. Haven't tried the lamp deal. Will wait for tomorrow.
No they are not fixed. Mine still shows $19+. Should be $15+ from the prices I was getting this morning. Mine hasn't changed since I posted earlier
Please let me say this:
If you look at the "Free new Release" offer: It is the version they presented some days ago.
So the shop sale is really not up to date !!
You'd best look at the discount on the ones that are there- they may drop to 30 or 40% only, then the correct discounts applied- and you may end up paying even more. The bedding product I wanted was 70% off and with the discounts not applying right, it still came to under $5. Now, if I waited and that got jacked up to only 40% more, and the correct discount applied, I would be paying more. So do the math and see if it's right to wait.
The prices you were getting this morning I don't think were right- if they were in the $2-3 range I wouldn't expect those to return. I was concerned the discounts would go to 40%, down from where they are now. We shouldn't have to play the guessing game, right? If they drop lower, I'll just do a support ticket, but that one at 70% off plus my Holiday bonus, was enough to snag it.
I tried working it out. WonderSheetZ original price $24.95, when I take 60% off and take my loyalty discount from that figure I get the price I have now. I think this means the earlier, lower price, is the one that was wrong.
Bottom line is that if I had checked out earlier, kept quiet, and no-one at Daz had noticed then I would have got all of the cart cheaper even with the lamp not being free. But that would have been unfair to Jepe, and he/she is offering some great discounts, so I decided to still buy the stuff.

I'm still getting Jepe's because as you said its not his fault. However, I will not be purchasing the rest which is a shame for the other vendors. I understand that those prices are probably correct now however, I already saw the cheaper price and like I said, I don't NEED any of it. So I will get the stuff I was going to from Jepe because I love his stuff AND he is a really nice guy so I'm willing to pay the extra couple bucks for his stuff.
