Returning Items for In-Store Credit

Hi:

I have recently purchased two items within the last thirty (30 days that do not meet my needs, but instead of a refund I would like in-store credit to purchase other items.  How do I faciltate this?  Please let me know.  Thanks!

Simply submit a support ticket and let them know that you want a refund.  Include the invoice number and the items you want refunded.  Store credit is usually the default, but mention in the ticket that is what your preference is as well.
