Finding the head and body morph controls

installed the evolution head and body morph and the expressions were easy enough to find but the slider controls seen in the youtube videos have proven to impossible to find. can somebody give me click through instruction to find the hidden controls?

    The should show under Actor in the Parametrs pane or in the Shaping pane when the figure (Genesis) is selected, rather than a bone.

    :( nope, still not there. just the old ones. maybe i can uninstall and reinstall, will that work?

    after a lot of experimenting i found the head and body morph controls but they're only with the genesis 1 figures? is it supposed to be this way? how can i get them to work on the genesis 3 (and 2) figures? i'm beginning to think i wasted my money. :(

    ah ... after a lot more digging i now know that there are different morphs available for the different genesis 1,2 & 3. so really i bought the wrong one not knowing this and need to buy the gen 3 morphs. lesson learned. think they'll give me my money back if i never use the one i bought? hmm. now back to saving my allowance. might as well delete this thread.

    Don't jump the gun — if you didn't already know about the no-questions-asked money back guarantee, you do now. As long as it's been less than 30 days since you bought something, open a Help Ticket (click on HELP at the top of this page) and fill out a ticket directed at the Sales department. Remember to include full details of your order number, exactly what you want refunded, how much it was, and whether you want store credit or a refund to whichever method you used to buy it in the first place (Paypal, credit card, etc.).

    Note that it will usually take up to a few days for the refund to be processed, longer if they're busy or it isn't going back into store credit. And weekends and US holidays don't count in those "few days".
