Extra Discount of 10% not working (Fixed)

I have a new release in my cart.  This item Artemis Moon Textures  is not getting the extra 10% discount.  The other item in my cart is getting the extra discount.

    just tried different items from the featured artists combined with the new tube socks no extra 10% discount given

    I have verified this is working.

    oh I just worked it out the description isn't clear the part about that 10% discount well next to it is two stars nowe the description makes it sound like you only need one new product BUT when you scroll up to the new releases it says buy one new release at 30% off or buy 2 or more to get 40% off AND next to that is two stars soooo I added two new releases plus what you wanted the Artemes Moon Textures - AND the disounts were applied soo to get that 10% off the featured artists you have to have at least two new releases like I said does not clearly state that and makes you think you just need one new release

    No. You only need one featured new release to get the 10% extra discount on Featured Artists.

    It wasn't working properly earlier.
