Would prefer for G3F/G3M, but will take earlier generations too, preferably nothing earlier than Genesis 1, though, as Gen4 poses don't always transfer well to G3F. I have had no luck finding any!

EDIT: And I mean realistic, functional poses, not pinup ones like DM's Hot Steps [https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/dms-hot-steps/108659/].

Cant think of any off the top of my head. Closest I have is the odd one here in there in my sets that could be used.
Mind you, they're not that difficult to do: (imho anyways)

Simply take a standard standing or walking pose and readjust the legs. Thats not what I did but it could still work.
There are these for G2M but you may want to readjust the arms: http://www.daz3d.com/doing-time-poses-for-genesis-2-male-s
There are two left and two right stair poses for V5 in http://www.daz3d.com/dms-zahirs-place , also two G1 poses in http://www.daz3d.com/what-lurks-in-the-basement . If you only need stair poses you probably don't want to purchase them just for those, but if you want the rest of the product's items that will give you a few.
I can think of a couple of pose sets, actually.

Neither are cheesecake oriented!
Oh hey, nice, when the original product came out I didn't even notice there were poses in it, I incorrectly assumed it was just architecture.
DM are a real double threat. They make excellent poses and excellent architectural sets. When I started rendering a couple of years ago, I almost always associated DM with their pose sets, and then I got into their sets later on. I think that DM include some poses in practically all their architecture sets. While many of the standalone pose sets they've sold lean towards cheesecake and pinup, they've also done some very useful bread-and-butter stuff that has a lot more reuse value down the road.
They do have a set that has a couple staircase poses in a contemporary/modelling setting, but I didn't call that one out immediately as ModernWizard didn't want anything from the M4/V4 era:
