I was given pause today when the DAZ page showed up on my feed with a sponsored ad that read "Download a FREE 3D Software Program while it is still available."

While it's still available? 

Are there plans to get rid of it, or change it from free?

Well that's always a possibility, but in this case they are doing typical sale speak to get the viewers of the ad to impulse shop. Black Friday and every sale worth the 'excitement' uses that tactic.

We had a thread all about this ad not so very long ago.    and no it is not Scamware, yes it is genuine, and Daz like to keep their options open, even for unlikely situations.
