I have never liked Sky Harbour International Airport in Phoenix, but I was still surprised to discover that their free WiFi blocks Daz3d.com as a "bikini/lingerie" site....

    I get the same issue when I use the wifi at Wendy's.

    Many free WiFi sites block Daz, which forbids nudity. Many of the same sites do not block Renderosity, which allows the same. Censorship has always been arbitrary.

    It wouldn't surprise me to discover that most/all of these places subscribe to the same vendor's "Deny lists" for filtering; once a site is categorized, it's rarely rechecked unless the site in question pursues it or enough subscribers complain. Of course, most content filtering software permits "Allow lists", but that requires someone to do the work.
