Refund? I know I must be missing it...

I can't seem to find about it, so I know I must just be having a brain fart and not seeing the terms. What I'm wondering is what the terms if I just want to return something I didn't download, can I do that? I don't want tech support I just want to return it.

Yah you sure can. Just indicate that you dont need technical assistance and designate what form of refund you want (store credit = default).
Set the Contact Department as Sales.
Does it matter if it was downloaded? There was actually two things, but the one I downloaded. I know you used to be able to try them out first.
If that's the default, I assume that means I can get money put back on the credit card rather than store credit?

Also is this just under submit a ticket?
Submit a ticket to the Sales Department. It dosent matter if you downloaded it or not but you will be required to delete all copies that are on your computer or whatever. Specifically indicate in your ticket that you want a refund to your credit card.

Just be aware that Customer Service is only human. Right now they're slogged under since all the crazy price changes and package deals during the PC scale had a lot of people submitting adjustments... I know I did. :)
It will probably take at least one day. I used the sales department option...issue occured 11-14 and was resolved today 11-15.
And since no one mentioned it specifically - it's a 30-day money back guarantee. So if it's been more than 30 days, you can't get it. (All the more reason to try stuff out as soon as you buy it ;) )
