Cannot find content via DAZ Connect

Cannot find newly purchased product using DAZ Connect - I've refreshed and searched Smart Content and Content Library, closed and restarted DAZ Studio but still cannot find the product I am looking for. I realize I can download the content I need via DIM but I'd prefer DAZ Connect. I'm grateful for all help so please get on board and with something I can use to resolve this issue frown cryingdevil

    You were probably bitten by the delay glitch. A lot of people have noticed that, unlike manual installation or using DIM, random things you buy won't immediately show up as available in Connect. There's nothing we can do at this end, it's a hiccup in the way Connect works at the DAZ end; all you can do is wait it out.
