can't login to install manager

I decided to give Daz a try after watching about a hundred youtube videos and tutorials on it. however, after downloading the install manager once the login screen comes up i can't login, and i can't continue offline because it cannot finish downloading and installing daz4.9 and all the essentials. obviously i can still login to the site, but no luck on the install manager -- it's been nearly 24 hours since i first tried; since then i've deleted and reinstalled the manager and restarted my computer.

Do you have any non-English characters in your username or password?
