What's not loading?
The program itself. It doesn't recognize the password. If I check it off-line, only the Installed panel works.
Do you mean a product isn't showing in DIM, or isn't showing in DS after installation, or do you mean that items are not showing in DIM generally?
DIM has three panels. If I use the off-line checkbox, I see only the products in the panel on the far right (Installed). If I try to run it on-line, DIM will not load at all.
Should I uninstall and reinstall DIM?
I did. It didn't help. Suggestions? Please?

Had you used custom locations for the Downloads folder? DIM's settings are in C:\\Users\YOU\AppData\DAZ 3D\InstallManager\User Accounts, though you might want to look at the log file in the Install Manager folder itself first.
Thank you Richard. No I let DIM determine the locations. What is the log file name?
Is it rejecting your login, or is it having problems after you log in?
There are two - Hlog.txt and log.txt. I think, though I can't recall for certain, that Hlog is more the application and log is the file handling.
It was rejecting my login. I added a new account to the DIM and got it working again (not perfectly, but OK). So solved. Thanks all.
