    I couldn't either and just got a refund but maybe they fixed it, don't know?

    Opens fine here (Win 10 Pro x64 anniversary edition), but there is a problem with context menus disappearing when you shift to another program and back using alt+tab. Possibly other problems as well, haven't had time to play with it yet. Been using earlier versions and except for occasional crashes when doing the wrong things at the wrong time they've been working reasonably well.
