bought a character but it wont work

im kind of new so bear with me.

the character i baught is RoboGenII

she is not in the normal menu (under figures) for some reason , but i managed to find her in the "content library"..however when i double click on it i get this.

An error occurred while reading the file, see the log file for more details.

i opened the log but i cannot make head or tail of it , i attached it below

any ideas?

Did you load Genesis 2 Female first?

The character is for Genesis 2 female. I do not own it, but normally, you would first load the character Genesis 2 Female, and then select it in the scene tab, and apply the shape and texture. Some characters come with a preloadable, complete character.

the question is, what are your steps, and which of the icons did you click on to get the error? Can you show a screenshot of it, perhaps, in the folder it is in?

I'm not seeing it in the log you posted...mainly because there is too much unrelated stuff.  You can view the log right after the error occurs and post a snippet (it should be some of the last lines in the log).

That's the error you get when you try to load a character preset without selecting the character in the scene first.

Did you install genesis2 essentials first? It's free in your purchases.

Just load Genesis2 base and then select it. After that just apply the RobogenII.
