It starts out like this
"Download a FREE 3D Software Program while it is still available."
Is DAZ planning on charging for DS soon? Or why " while it is still available?

because at one stage it was possible that it would go back to having a price, as the other program (ie Bryce and Hexagon) did. Some of the adverts floating around the net are quite old.
With all those boobs, anyone actually reads what the ad says?
Maybe its time to update those adverts, then?
That ad looks like a spam/malware style ad. Do they expect anyone to actually click on that? If I saw that ad, I'd think Daz is pawning some kind of malware and stay real far away from it.
It's probably just a marketing ploy to create a sense of urgency. Like those retail stores that seem to constantly have a "going out of business" sale. It would be death for Daz to start charging money for Studio because they rely on content sales to make money. Studio isn't as capable as its competition but it's free so that attracts people to it and the majority of those people spend a lot of money on content. If they started charging for Studio people would end up buying Poser instead and thus buy content for Poser. Studio is a loss leader.
Unfortunately once an advert (or whatever) is in the internet system it is difficult to remove. Happens to others as well. I have been trying to purchase something which is discontinued but was sold at a large hidh street outlet (with internet store as well). It appears that the last "surplus" stock was sold to the companies who buy up these sort of assets as it is available through ebay sellers. However prices are being pushed up on the ebay bidding, so I was looking for a possible alternative source and came across an advert from the original company who was selling the product. On clicking on the advert I found that (of course) the item was not available.
If Daz just says "Studio is free" then that potentially ties its hands - saying it's provisional allows flexibility in future, without saying that they are going to start charging.
Update / Edit:
Added more details about how facebook advertisements work with the intention to provide some background information why older adverts sets may be kept around for a longer time.
This may be true for other companies that distribute the adds you submit across multiple websites and partners.
Facebook is a different case though. You are in control of your advertisements at any time.
Quick guide to update facebook "adverts sets"
It takes just minutes to
- log in with the user who created the advert
- click on "manage adverts"
- choose the "campaign"
- select the "adverts set"
- click on "edit" to change the image or text
or alternatively
- temporarily disable the advert set by switching it from "on" to "off"
- permanently delete it by choosing "delete"

Reaction time to adverts set and campaign changes
- If you turn off a campaign or advert set you should see the effect immediately.
The whole point of the system is to target specific interest groups in specific countries at specific times of the day. If you want you can even sit next to the pc and monitor how many people are reached across a day and shut it down manually when you think for today our reached your traffic goal.
- If you update the image of an existing advert set it first needs to be approved by facebook advertisement staff. I have seen this happen in just two minutes. The average time seems to be around 10 - 20 minutes for changes to be approved.
I rarely waited an hour to see any changes to facebook advert sets approved.

Speculation about this specific case
Maybe the person who created that adverts set forgot it is also still active in the selected campaign?
or
It is just one of multiple different adverts set and intentionally kept running to target a specific group who is both interested in 3d software and super heroes.

In any case if they wanted to stop it - it should be just a matter of an hour to shut it down or update it with a current image and text.
Well, I'd yank that one, cuz it's a bit embarassing to the hobby...and I say that as one who does kind of superhero/good girl art.
