[Solved] Trying to purchase a product from Runtime DNA; redirection woes

Since Runtime DNA and Daz have recently merged, I presume the Daz forums are an appropriate place to look for help with this problem. I am trying to snag "Retro Headscarf and Hair for V4/A4" while it's on sale, but when I try to checkout I am redirected to a Daz3D page imploring me to "register for a Daz3D account today!" I, uh, already have one. So what to do? I don't see "Retro Headscarf" on the Daz website, only Runtime DNA. Frustrating.

    You could always file a Help ticket at DAZ or contact RDNA customer support; but unless you are already an RDNA member you are probably out of luck as it seems that RDNA is no longer accepting new members.

    An update for anyone else who might be having this problem - I was able to purchase the item after opening a support ticket (as Charlie suggested). Top notch customer service from Daz/RDNA!
