Soraya / Rune 7 Not in Content Library Connect: Solved

This is Connect only, wouldn't have bought her had I bothered to look, but will keep her for now. That is if I can find her. I don't use Connect very often, but it's supposed to show up in Content Library and I have People>Genesis 3 Females>Characters>and only OziChick's Lynsey is there.

Can't find her in Smart Content. Where is she supposed to be? I looked Figures>People>Real World, she isn't there. How do I search for her over there? I never use Smart. Highly irritating.

    And I checked in both Files and Products. So I'm doing something wrong, obviously.

    yeah...it really is more work than it should be to integrate connect-only products into your library.  i had to work to find soraya too.

    i'm pretty sure i remember what worked. 

    try:  go to smart content.  login.  look at the uppermost tabs, and make sure you're on the 'products' tab, not the file tab. click the 'all' tab directly beneath 'products'

    type 'Soraya' into the search field next to the 'all' tab, then drop down to the bottom of the 'products' window and--well, try clicking the 'available' tab first.  if she shows up there (her icon will be black and white), double-click and the files should start downloading.  when the download is complete, you can option-click to create shortcuts to the content wherever you like. the

    if she doesn't show up in the 'available' tab, try the 'all' tab.

    @jardine- thanks! After I double clicked and it "installed" the image was gone and I was like, "Oh great, where did she go now?" So I found her where I had first looked in Figures>People>Real World, then right clicked and chose the show in Content Library, and poof, she's there. 

     LOVE DIM.

    I feel like the person who wants to vacuum the living room, complains the vacuum isn't working, then realizes they haven't plugged it in OR turned it on. Next time, I'll LOG IN.  blush

     (But again, I don't use Connect...)
