can't install DIM, even after redownloading 3x

hi, i am currently having trouble with installing the DIM, after downloading it once... i prompted me this error... then i tried redownloading it.. and got the same error.
then i redownloaded it for the last time and still same error... has anyone encountered and fixed this?

pc specs:

cpu: i3 6100 gen 6
vcard: gtx 750ti
ram:16gb
free hdd space: 900gb+

When you have had a failed download always clear your Browser cache before trying a fresh download, otherwise it tends to fail at the same point each time.    Shift+Ctrl+F5 takes you there.
